you want me to give you some spoilers okay then even though I prefer you read the story instead of ruining it with spoilers^^
anyways here I go:

Spoiler:

1.kaname is yuuki's big brother physically not spiritually, what I mean is the kaname we know is actually the kuran ancestor & he was resurrected into yuuki's real brother's body.the real kaname might be dead or sleeping inside.
2.yuuki's uncle rido is a bad guy, he was the one who killed her parents & resurrected the kuran ancestor.
3.a battle starts at cross academy where a lot happens.
4.we witness a bittersweet moment between yuuki & zero & they end up walking on different paths 5.kaname & yuuki leave the academy & start living together.
6.finally a year passes & zero returns.

as for is ZeroxYuuki are together? thats Im not going to tell :3
